Newsletter

The digital GSIS Newsletter is published quarterly in March, June, September, and December by the Geoscience Information Society.

Subscription is free to GSIS members. The annual non-member subscription rate is $40. Please contact the GSIS Publications Manager for paper copy subscriptions rates. All correspondence regarding dues, membership status, and address changes should be directed to the GSIS Secretary.

GSIS members are encouraged to contribute content, including images and photos, for publication.

In addition to GSIS organizational news, examples of appropriate newsletter content include:

• News about a members' library
• Changes in a members' position
• Member publications and presentations
• Announcements of interest to geoscience librarians
• Reviews of information resources relevant to geoscience librarians

Non-members may peruse recent editions of the Newsletter. The Newsletter Archive dates back to February 2002.
